By the title „Phrases We Don’t Want to Hear…But Are None The Less True„, Krafty disputes some provocative statements of Michael Stephens (Tame the Web) by heart. She reminds us on the weak position of an OPL hospital librarian if she wants the hospital IT department to do something for the library. It’s a sometimes sad story of not paying attention to such a „minor“ institution at all but Krafty encourage us not to give up the fight.
